On Sunday, January 29, 2017, MTYFC will host the annual awards banquet from 12:00 noon – 2:30 p.m. at the Middletown High School cafeteria.
Tickets are $10 for adults & children 8 and over. Team participants and children 7 and under are FREE.
Catering will be provided by Illiano’s Ristorante & Pizza.
A Door Prize raffle & 50/50 fundraiser will be held, as well as an opportunity to register for the 2017 season for just $99.

Late Equipment Return
If you have not returned equipment & uniforms they are now considered LOST and your account has been billed accordingly. If you still have equipment and turn it in, we will remove the charges from your account (except $25 late fee). You may turn the equipment in 3 different ways…
- Attend our last open equipment return, Thursday, January 12th – at the equipment shed – 6PM SHARP!
- Place all the equipment & uniforms in a sealed plastic bag. Label the bag with your child’s name, age group & phone number. Drop off at the Middletown Board of Ed building during normal business hours, attn: Marco Gaylord (MTYFC)
- Package your equipment & uniforms and mail them to PO BOX 414,Middletown, CT 06457. Please include a letter with your child’s name, age group & phone number.

Football Coaching Director
Is responsible for Hiring Head Coaches, assure that Head Coaches attend football clinics. Coaching Director Position will only be filled by qualified experienced applicant. He or she must have served as a Coaching Director at youth, High School or college level for a minimum of 3 consecutive years.
The Team Registrar will be responsible for the dissemination & collection of registration paperwork at all registration events, and during the collection phase at the beginning of each season. The Team Registrar will deliver paperwork in a organized & quick manner to the President, who is responsible for the build of yearly player books.
Fundraising & Concessions Manager
Responsible for helping organize team-wide fundraising events throughout the season, as well as organizing volunteers & training for the concession stand. The Concessions Manager will also be responsible for stocking & ordering necessary items for the concession stand.
